As a reminder, following are the special programs we make available only to our VIP REALTORS:
PAY-YOU-FIRST COMMISSION ADVANCE PROGRAM. When you sell a Registry custom home build-to-suit project, your commissions are paid in monthly installments, beginning with the start of construction, so that by project's end you have long since collected your money. Every other builder we know waits until the final closing/move in until they pay anything at all.
BUILDING SITE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. When you are attempting to sell a property which could be a build site for a new custom home project, contact us and we will issue you a special certificate worth $30,000 if your purchaser uses Registry to build their new home on the lot they purchased from you. This certificate/discount effectively allows you to "lower" your asking price for the property without actually doing so. Which is why our Registry Building Site Certifications are such a valuable tool for our VIP Realtors when both the seller and the buyer have dug their heels in on price.
